Anything can influence a weak minded person. What's makes white boys shoot up public places? What makes crystal meth popular in white area's? Are actions movies responsible? Is a show like Break Bad responsible?

People don't wanna ask or answer those questions but when **** happens in black areas it's always "Well it's those rap guys. Fiddy Cent, Puffy Daddy". **** is played out.

Yes it is partly to blame. Some of these kids think it's cool to sell drugs and kill people and even go to jail. Wonder where they heard that from ....

Gangster rap isn't needed in the equation doe. Take out poverty. Do you still have crime? Nope. Poverty and poor education are the leading causes of crime. is gangster rap helping though? Hell no. It still at the minimum promotes negativity. But its a minute factor in the cause of crime in urban neighborhoods.
