Off-duty Boston cop attacks man who "cut him off" in the crosswalk

plain clothes cop not showing any identification? I would have fought him. I wouldn't know any better, seems like a normal guy trying to assault me.

**** the Police.

Stay safe out there my g. Police in plain clothes that are off duty are quick to use the assaulting an officer card to ruin your life in what appears like fights with regular folks

sheesh having another man grab you by the collar and walk you down the block is so belittling

It is, but he obviously ins't the type of person to fight back. I mentioned in an earlier post that he must be having flashbacks to high school during that moment. He thought his days of being bullied were over. Poor guy :smh:

Very true, they are notorious for that crap. They step to you like a regular joe off the block and pop off. They never announce who they are, and when things go south and you stand up for yourself as a man. You get hit with assaulting a police officer, and they will swear up and down that they announced who they were.

Think back to that tennis player James Blake. Dude is minding his own business, and out of no where a plain clothes officer comes out and tackles him to the ground. Even if in the midst of it all, he says he is an officer. Who the **** would believe that? All you know is some crazy *** dude is tackling your *** to the ground and man handling you. What are you supposed to do? If you fight back like a man would, later on you are hit with assault on a police officer. Thank god for camera phones and tech, because the ******** is being exposed.

What makes that situation even worse is the fact that it was a case of mistaken identity. But the person wasn't even a violent criminal, this was about credit card fraud :smh:. So even if they had the right person, they were still wrong in how they apprehended him. He isn't some crazed rapist, or murderer. Got damn credit card fraud, and they out there acting like he is public enemy #1.

Dude is a pansy for letting that dude drag him up the block.

True, he is a herb, but what could he really do?

As someone said there is no consequences or repercussions for when a cop is in the wrong.

Their union is no joke... Police and Teachers union are two of the most powerful unions in the U.S.

Cops in the U.S. get caught on camera and still get off.

Perfect example is the big dude that got choked out and couldn't breath.

It was proven the cop used excessive force, used an illegal choke hold that is against police handbook, it was caught on camera and the police officer still got off with no punishment whatsoever.

A way to slow this down is to start digging into their big hefty pensions they get and start pulling from that then once they see that they'll slow down with the power trips.

Truth.

Imagine if the guy with the umbrella was 6-4. That fat punk off-duty cop wouldn't have done ****. Instead he lucked out with a small dude that doesn't weigh a buck twenty soaking wet. That cop just released some high school aggression in public and on camera.

Louisiana will pass ‘Blue Lives Matter’ bill classifying police attacks as hate crimes

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...-matter-hate-crime-bill-law-article-1.2645125

Louisiana cops, firefighters and EMS officers will soon be given the same legal protections as minority groups under a divisive new bill, lawmakers say.

Considering the legalized bribery of elected officials (lobbying), the inability to have a fair day in court if you can't afford a decent lawyer, and laws like the one above that are not intended to fix the imbalance that exists in the justice system, I think it's fair to say that America is looking more and more like a banana republic.
