Tranq would have set him into a rage, it doesn't hit him and he falls over instantly

Parents need to face charges

But real talk, if I was there all this could be avoided. I would have jumped in there and hit the Rilla wit a 3 piece, put it to sleep, and gotten the kid outta there easy.

Damn....sad situation for everyone.

I think in the moment I'd jump into the pit with the gorilla to save my kid, but maaaaaan....it'd really have to be an automatic reaction thing because once I started thinking about it, I'd be apprehensive. I think an adult-sized human down there would just threaten the gorilla, putting the kid in even more harm.

Cincinnati has a world renown zoo.

Go there multiple times a year.

This isn't really that avoidable.

Just gotta pay attention.

Couldn't imagine my little girl doin something like this.

The kid might have some type of disability.
 
I'm confused. I thought they said there was a moot around the enclosure, meaning even the animals couldn't get right up to the end of the wall line. Here at my zoo, for many exhibits, if you try that, you're falling down into a cement moot that even animals cant get to. That doesn't seem to be the case here at all.

The 4 year old was just being a 4 year old. Disability? Miss me.

I would be doing the same exact thing the kid was doing at that age.... but if my parents caught me and said "get off that rail or im gonna whoop your ***"

Best believe I'm getting off that rail. So to me, this is parental negligence.
