Gorilla shot after 4yr old falls in enclosure VOL.....RIP HARAMBE

Dog, that is a HELLUVA mistake though

Yes , its true , you need to pay more attention , especially at a place where its a zoo. However , if this parent has NO other sign and no history of bad parenting , they deserve at the very least ONE chance. Its funny cause ive never had an issue in regards to my daughter personally , but the thought of losing my daughter to a gorilla or to ******ed americans who think they got this life thing down pat over 5 seconds of not being 100% on point is horrifying truly . Ive never seen so many people on the "take their kids away train" you guys realize how unfair that'd be to the child as well? You guys really need to evaluate stuff before you go spewing out stuff over the internet from your moms wifi

I never said to let the lady take care of your kids . Maybe reasonable is the wrong word in this case because of the outcome , but its not like the parent threw the kid in there , they looked away for a moment (wow something caught someones eye IN A ZOO , that doesnt make sense) and their kid wandered off .

2016 , where people are 10/10 perfect parents 24/7 365 for 18 years without ONE reasonable mistake that can happen anywhere , at anytime . And my favorite , the people saying "poor gorilla" like if that ***** give a **** about your grown *** if you fall in there . 2016 where caring about a gorilla is more important then a todders life . Why dont some of yall just revoke your human card and go live outside in the wild like my homeboy with the goats ? Man the america haters and human haters REALLY need a taste of reality honestly.

reasonable mistake? in 38 years no damn toddlers were able to fall into a damn gorilla habitat at the Cincy Zoo

jesus the **** that gets said on here

Just to be on the same page

"Take their darn kids away" is a logical solution to you?

You're proving my point. Why would you bring a kid to an open area where a Gorilla lives and then let the kid go? Is this logical in your head? Next thing, we gonna start arguing over why the snake bit me when all I did was have a hand in his mouth.

You guys are taking my point the wrong way so ill put it simpler like i always have to do.

The parent made a mistake : yes

The parent deserves to lose their child over one mistake : no

RIP majestic gorilla :smh:

Serious questiom.

Do you think God views killing a gorilla the same way we assume n he views killing an ant? Is it like killing a human ?

God don't give a damn man

If your kid falls into an exhibit at a zoo, you are either irresponsible or an idiot or both.

That mistake can literally only happen at a zoo. My kid fell off a dresser one time, that's a reasonable mistake  the hell you mad at the gorilla for?

Again....team human here but
Gorilla gets taken from the jungle.....turned into an exhibit. ...shot for doing nothing. That sucks.
and again completely uncomparable to human deaths.

im team human btw

Taking the kid away is too much.

I agree it could just be one mistake on the parents part but one mistake will do it.

I def dont find as much fault wit the parent as the peta folks tho.

Like i said just a tragic freak accident

The kid was heard by by-standards talking about going into the damn enclosure. This falls on the parents.

As a parent, if your kid starts talking about going Mowgli in the gorilla exhibit, aren't you going to keep an eye on him?

What's done is done. I'm not asking the parents get their kid taken away, but a nice hefty donation to the Uganda Wildlife Authority would be a good start. Help the gorillas still in the wild.

I dunno about taking away the child. That's even worse than having a irresponsible parent.

How bout we take the animal out the picture since we clearly don't care about any other life forms.. Did you see how far down the baby had to have fallen? Baby could've easily fell on his head. Died on the spot. It's pure negligence.

"No, no, no...my 4yo son was just kidding when he said he wanted to go see the gorilla. We know he's capable of making rational decisions."

How can you claim a serious question when you don't believe in God?

That's like me saying...

"Serious question but do you think big foot..."

Right? I don't have a kid but when I do I'm positive there will be certain instances that I tell myself  "Look gawd, you need to watch him now more than ever" like i don't know maybe when were at a f'n zoo. Some of y'all are ridicuclous.

Illicit sounding mad stupid out here.

1) My child would never be in a gorilla pit in the first place

2) A human cannot fight a gorilla straight up. No sense in two lives being lost

Not one problem with them taking out the gorilla. Didn't expect to see so many angered by it.

Can't be hard enough of such negligence from the parent(s).

We need to create much better non lethal weapons. Wouldn't a high powered water cannon be enough to get the gorilla far enough away that someone could get in there and get the kid out? Sucks seeing such a magnificent animal destroyed because of human stupidity

atleast i state my opinion and use some points instead of just "illicit looking mad stupid" lol , you looking mad smart [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji]
