I thought there was no chance this would actually happen, but it would definitely make for an interesting 50th fight. I know jalen rose recently said on I believe a podcast the fight was for sure going down. Apparently he also had a lot of details of the May pac fight early as well

Nobody, white or black or purple is picking Conor or even thinking he has a chance of winning

This is all a cash grab, money doesn't know color in this situation

Now if the fight happens, of course the racial "white" vs "black" will come into play. Just like when a "black" boxer fights a Mexican, you see the racial tension turn up...

Exactly. Neither was the white guy from the movie. He hadn't boxed in forever. Had no business in the ring, but got heaps of hype and everybody wanted him to take out the arrogant, brash boxer that noone could defeat.

This is 'Murica............................I can bet a majority of casual sports fans in this country think McGregor is going to wreck Floyd.


Which is exactly why this will happen. Of course this is a cash grab, but this is racial all day. People tune in specifically to see Floyd lose. After Pacquiao there is no bigger name to see Floyd losing too. And of course Floyd ain't gonna come back to possibly lose to some young bull like Thurman or an improved Canelo.

So, wanting to box the undefeated champion is strictly race related now? Not to mention his past matches were boxer vs. boxer. This is a cross sport matchup being made to generate as much cash as possible. The premise has nothing to so with race. McGregor is one of the better self-promoters and trash talkers out there...White folks have no part in that. It's a huge reach to say this is racially motivated.
