"good dresser" is subjective though, just like all of these statements. I doubt anyone in the world (At least I hope not) is walking around thinking "Man, I really dress like ****" :lol:

That's because "good dresser" is subjective as hell.
 
Granted being a "good dresser" is subjective somethings are not really debatable. Some no's a are no's. Dudes who wear USPA by choice is not really debatable. For every style emulated by dudes there is a standard for what looks proper. If you dressing preppy there are do's and don't just like if you were wearing all street wear brands. I don't think anybody in this thread will co sign wearing sweatbands in public or dressing like a 2002 Sean John ad. 

Examples of universal bad looks are Dark navy denim with bold white stitching. It was never a good look.
 
my style has become more plain as I have gotten older, logo tees have subsided for a more refined look but I am sure as hell coping this when it drops, I don't care how tacky it might

jeans just aren't hot to me. like when can you even wear jeans anymore. it's just a weird look these days. and they're soooo uncomfortable

for casual wear, chinos and cords are always a good look...jeans are mostly a miss. it's really rare i see a dude in jeans with a clean fit. most just look awkward or bummy or the wash is just..off
