:pimp:

There are a lot of guys on here that KNOW the game of basketball I'm interested to see if anyone can substantially make a case on how the Cavs win the series.....

I'm on board with size down have Bron run Point-Center but what to do on defense is another story.

Not a single person who's favored the Cavs winning this year has given a substantiated reason. Whether it's optics or statistics

If I had to guess I would say most of the people that picked them to win are just picking them to win not cause they favor them. just cause they want to pick them to win. Not much reasoning is needed for that.

I'm with it.

I honestly have no idea. Who are supposed to be CLE's premiere perimeter defenders?

Shumpert is pretty solid but is not a very good three point shooter so it will be interesting to see how the Warrior play him.  You almost have to play Delly and him at the same time and slide Kyrie over to Harrison Barnes.

cavs in 4 because lebron is the real MVP.. **** statistics they dont matter

Cavs in 9
Remember the old rumor in the summer of 2014. Klay Thompson for Kevin Love. Now both are going to face each other in the NBA Finals. It's gonna be entertaining.
Didn't even think about that. I believe @Dland24 was on completely board with it once the rumors surfaced

Not only on board, but I was livid that we didnt make the trade.  If I was the GM of the Warriors, we wouldnt have either Steph or Klay on our team currently.....and we would still be perennial doormats instead of where we are.

Thank God I am just a fan.

Everybody was shocked when Cleveland went up 2-1 last year. That Cleveland team emptied the tank. Nobody thought Cleveland was in complete control lead by Lebron and Delly. Some of y'all gotta put that hater **** aside sometimes.

Exactly.

It's even funnier coming from the guy who just convinced himself that Westbrook was the best player in the league when OKC went up 3-1. What happened after that? Does Westbrook need more help? He has another top 5 player, does he need more? Where are the pages of slander from Mamba?

LeBron against GSW in the Finals last year: Triple doubles, 40% shooting, blew a 2-1 lead. Mamba rips him nonstop.

Westbrook against GSW in the WCF this year: A triple double (close to a few others), 40% shooting, blew a 3-1 lead. Alpha, Mamba blood, greatest thing since sliced bread.

Stats always lie

ESPN stats always get pulled out of the sky

"Teams with an MVP on the team are now 27-5 all time in game 7" That was early from last night but then someone pointed out KD was an MVP so the record should have been 27-6. ESPN changed the headline "Team with a current MVP on the team"

Why..stat wise Cleveland is ranked 4th this post season..My team OKC was ranked 9th..Holding opponents to 94pts per game while OKC holds theirs to 101pts per game. Stats dont lie bruh..jus saying.

Stats always lie
It's almost like there's a difference in pace in Det/Tor vs SAS/GSW that's going to reflect itself. :smh: using PPG as an indicator of defense.
