I dont know what the run is but they def had a 9, and they will do phone orders.

First run KO retros had AJ1 sole.

Second run KO retros had Vandal sole. This is the correct sole.

Funny you should ask as I wore mine for the 1st time today. Just like Da Hen says, comfort is ridiculous!!! Amazing shoe. Was it priced a little high? Yup, but I didn't care. Missed the OG back in the day (I remember Sneaker Stadium had these and the other colors). For me they are .5 up as I have to go in all running shoes. Could I wear my TTS! Yeah, but with very little room at the end of my big toe. Love these shoes!!!
 
Ran into Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick today to see if they still had the Air Jordan 1 KOs, as it was posted a week ago that they got them. They have them and they have A LOT of pairs still!! $119.99 and multiple FSR's. If your local and want them, go get them. Not much else that stood out.

They were there when I posted. On the very last run on the backside near the kids Hash wall. You might try asking an associate. They may have temporarily pulled them to the back so they can be placed on the hash soon.

Damn BL for $99. Called in but it's a clearance store and they don't do phone order. They would match store price in terms of sizes also.

I grabbed the KD8 Xmas in my size to hoop in at Hagerstown last weekend for $81 out the door.  I am very pleased.
