Carbs are only "bad" if you dont live an active lifestyle. Most Non European diets are high in carbs.

When im on my diet I don't really fw carbs in the slightest.

Under 20g a day.

High fat/high protein/only water.

My general diet is as follows:

Breakfast:

Greek yogurt/oatmeal/banana (choose one or two) and a cup of black coffee

Lunch:

Whatever's for free in the cafeteria at my job.  Usually end up settling on a PB&J on wheat with a small salad and a few cups of water

Dinner:

Veggie burger or eggs on whole wheat flatbread/wrap with varying combinations of veggies and condiments

Beer for the rest of the night.

My diet makes me sound like a vegetarian, but I'm not.  I just tend to eat meat sparingly these days.  I reserve my junk food for very drunken nights and Gaddy Lane sandwiches when I go to get beer at Other Half on Saturday mornings:

I would be morbidly obese if I had regular access to these.

clean .i only eat twice a day and   i never eat fast food. pizza , burgers , fried chicken.dont eat swine or red meat either. i drink nothing but water except for almond milk with my smoothies or cereal. I have a very repetitive diet.

my average lunch  is oatmeal and fruit , grapenuts cereal  or a  smoothie. unsweetened almond milk , oatmeal, banana and strawberries .

i eat a big dinner.

my average dinner -

salad , an avocado , grilled chicken or grilled fish , grilled corn on the cob , brown rice, baked sweet potato .

Lucky, you been eating vegetables or nah?

For me

Gimmick: Pizzas, Hog Mogs, Beautiful Sodas, each day

Reality: Clean as hell. Haven't drank soda in over 8 plus years. Don't drink juice unless I make it in my Bullet. Try to get veggies in every meal, breakfast included. Ginger everyday

Ketogenic Diet. I eat very clean. Try to only buy pasture raised and grass fed. As grain fed can have an effect on my ketones. I keep the carbs under 20. I'll up it to as much as 50g for the day if I feel my body is craving it. I try to listen to my body as much as possible. I don't drown myself in water. If I feel thirsty, I'll have water. If I have a sugar craving, I'll have some dark chocolate. I have also found, I need more protein than the usual ketogenic diet calls for. I workout often and work in construction..I was noticing too much muscle loss. Got it back when I upped my protein. I also don't get bent out of shape if I have no choice but to eat crap. The stress of guilt will only add belly fat. It's a lifestyle I love. Mentally, I feel sharp. I can fast if need and I won't get "hangry". Not going through the "itis" after every meal is also a big plus.

My meals consist of a lot of grass-fed meat, seafood, eggs, avocados, artisanal cheeses, cruciferous vegetables, MCT oil, heavy cream, fat bombs.

Surprised by most of these reponses. No ones mentions what type of carbs? Like most should ditch the American crab starches! Ugh the worst and hardest for the body to digest. Im more in simple natural carbs from fruit and veggies for my body type. Fresh fruits and clean meats for me. I've been clean eating most for the last month. It's hard a bit at first but , I do sneak protein shakes with peanut butter, you should eat fruits that our beneficial with vitamins and fiber. Not corn which is the worst trash in my opinion. Avocado the all mighty.

Sedentary lifestyle is a huge problem and very damaging to the body.
High carb consumption is the devil tho.

Fantastic during the week...but, I find time to enjoy some of the foods I love on the weekends.

*NEVER touch soda and barely have any juice. Yuck.

I just don't really understand the appeal of soda/sugary beverages.

To me they provide minimal satisfaction and make my teeth feel grimey in the process. Haven't drank either in over a decade.

My beverage choices are exclusively water, black coffee, and beer.

People who can't drink plain water should be added to the "Things You Silently Judge People For" thread.

@Comparison Ford -- why would you post those pics of the delicious looking sammies in a health topic?

And you didn't just post one picture as an example either.

Blows my mind seeing folks guzzling soda first thing in the morning.
