Huh, just because they're wearing em doesn't mean they're good shoes, they probably got heavily modified versions to fit their feet tbh.

so these nike hyper elite versatility socks.. on footlockers site most of the colorways are $17.99 each.. today i was in store and ordered two pairs of them, the basic white/black and black/whites.. and they came up as $9.99 each ordering in store. Idk if it's worth ordering from footlockers site, it must be the same with many different shoes? when ordering in store, somehow prices are different? even in store he was ordering from footlocker online yet prices were coming up different!

I trust NBA players using a shoe more than anyone. They put in the work and literally beat shoes to the ground faster than any one of us.

That being said, there's also a lot misinformation on here in regards to what players are using on court. Most shoes are what you can get off nikeid or your local store. Very few guys in the league actually have modified shoes, instead they use orthotics for maximum comfort.

Exactly right. While there are a few exceptions the majority will use standard Nike/Jordan shoes that Joe Q. Public can buy but in different colors. Everything else is the same with perhaps a custom insole as pointed out. Same holds true for the shoes Nike supplies to the big schools like Michigan or UNC.

no one is saying its the best shoe but we were just pointing out that it performs way better than the reviews on youtube.

saw the NXTs in FTL and wifey said no to the looks. so i said its for bball and she said with the rest of your dozen pairs? It's a lose-lose conversation. LOL

The only shoe-tubers I've really seen trash it are the weartesters camp. And they trashed it so heavy it was comical. I feel there is something going on there behind the scenes, they have been trashing a lot of nikes heavily. Mad they aren't getting free pairs or something? I dunno but they really seem like they went out of their way to slander the AD.

Like they even went as far as to have picked it as worst basketball shoe of 2016. Yeah ******* right. If you watch that segment, it's obvious that there is a vendetta there against the AD. It was comical, a "double blind" lets reveal the worst shoe of the year at the same time skit. And both Jahron and nightwing pulled out the AD. Foh

I agree, Ive been watching Wall, IT, Derozen put work in these during the play offs and I'm considering a pair, out of everyone wearing them these guys wear them for 40 minutes playing their hearts out, and they're all pretty agile too so they get a lot of movement in them.

Whether or not the rest are biased, I never got that impression from you. I think the bias from NW comes from missing tech and with the AD there's been a lot of talk of "fake zoom" in the heel. So I think that led him to never really give it too much of a chance. I think Jahron would've given it a relatively fair shake but his pair was defective, and once that happened I think KickGenius decided not to review them. Sammy from Sole Bros liked them at first (said cushion was better than Hardens) now it appears on his list as the worst cushion of the year... how? NW controls a lot of kids, those kids comment a lot on Youtube and IG, so once he decided, it was decided.
