Stanford swimmer sentenced to 6 months for rape.

White privileges at it's best. Let me guess 2 months max in jail and let out early for good behavior.

Look at what he was found guilty of

Felonies:

1. assault with intent to commit rape of an intoxicated or unconscious person,

2. sexual penetration of an intoxicated person, and

3. sexual penetration of an unconscious person.

^ 6 months for 3 felonies?

I can understand if this was a he said/she said type of case but you have two witnesses that saw him doing the deed and testified yet the Judge sentenced him for 6 months?

We talking about the affluenza kid? Kid violated his probation and then ran away to Mexico. All he got was 2?

Your brother's poverty does not dispel the actuality of white privilege. If he got his paper up, he'd get the full benefits of the "white is right" lifestyle too.

The two are not mutually exclusive. Color and money/power both play a role.

US crime statistics would suggest color playing a much more significant role.

White privilege is not some fantasy, it exists throughout the entire world and has a clear effect on a number of things, most notably job opportunities and the criminal justice system.

Bringing up anecdotal evidence such as the OJ trial to dismiss white privilege is irrelevant.
