Who here can say they're an expert at something?

I've probably played 10,000 hours of basketball, but I'm not what I'd call an expert. I played college and that was the extent of my expertise. If I had spent even 5,000 hours of deliberate practice (shooting game speed jumpers/dribbling drills to the point I lose the ball) I would have been a lot better.

can you get a bucket on Iguodala though if given 10 tries?

Mastery is basically impossible IMO because things are always evolving.

The moment you think you've figured everything out is the moment someone comes out of nowhere and humbles you.

I have close to 16k hours of poker played under my belt and I'm still learning new things everyday.
