Look, I'm from a military town in TX, so there were a lots of people of different races there, to include Latinos. And Latinos and Hispanics are just as guilty, OP doesn't know it because he never leaves, or has never left where he is from.
 
Just because other groups do it doesn't mean it should be done. Cats love preaching that black unity wave but when confronted with situations that fly in the face of it, they run to the "well other people do it too" **** is silly.

With the first part Fam I agree, there is no set in stone rule governing how to behave or carry one's self as a member of a certain race. The only thing I kind of got wrapped around the axle with is, this isn't an exclusivity to blacks, and I hate when people act like it is, it happens damn near across every spectrum of color.
