This. The place that did my bro wedding cake gave them a anniversary cake and it literally was the best cake I ever had. Ever.

Maybe when I was younger my tastes were immature.

But I remember Safeway having a solid bakery man. Cakes and cupcakes used to be solid.

I guess to anyone that doesn't watch basketball there is no difference between Russell Westbrook and Keyon Dooling dunking the basketball

Famb I was so annoyed back in the day me and my dudes hit up the city and we had plans, a game, a bar, strip club. This one virgin cat was like nah b, we gotta go to get cupcakes.
 
I love cake, but every time I eat one I wonder why there isnt a bigger market for varieties with less sugar. Some cakes are cloying on the first bite. I know whole foods has some great cakes that aren't super sweet but they're pricey. Maybe I just answered my question.

The calories:satisfaction ratio just isn't there for me when it comes to dessert foods.  

Gimme a plate of smoked meats and cheeses lined up to say "Happy Birthday" with an imperial stout over some slapdick cake any day of the week.

I usually scrape most of the frosting off of any cake that I eat

If I am going to waste calories, Gingerbread from WHole Foods is my go to move. So damn good.

It has a nice Molasses Coating on top, but I usually scrape a lot of it off

warm fresh fruit pie and a scoop of vanilla ice cream is goat.
 
I'm not a dessert person but a good cheesecake is appreciated. SMH at the cupcake slander. I was at my friend's graduation party and they had a whole bunch of desserts there. I was killing the cupcakes.

Costco bakery is lit.....apple on point, cookies on point, red velvet on point, chocolat mousse cake on point....costco > 99% of bakeries
