I got the gift card after the order was approved, so called in to see if they could credit the $20. They said the gift card does not apply to release items, which the e-mail shows too at the bottom. If anybody had luck with the $20 of $100 spring gift card, I will call them back and try again. Covers tax.

Yeak, know about the gift cards. I did not know if the 6 was going to move fast and/or would be limited, so I got it right at 9:00. Did not get the $20 gift card coupon until 30 minutes later. Had no place in SNKRS to enter a promo code. Only the Nike+ app allows for that.

I had a chat with Nike, they said my SNKRS order was not eligible for discounts. Went to Nike.com, applied my 20% off discount, and the $20 gift card they sent, just like you did. Went through. Once my SNKRS pair arrives, I will keep it boxed until this one arrives, then return the SNKRS one. Had to pay tax on mine though, but can't avoid that.
Yep i feel you bro, same thing happen to me, i was planning to use the $20 GC for the AJ1 AS but the 4 rep that i spoke to said they cant because the order was already been placed, but tha is BS coz i know a lot of people had theirs prices adjusted after, and i did had an experience before with the TB3, they gave me a partial refund after i spoke with them regarding the issue. So i guess it depends on the rep that ur going to speak. So anyway i quit calling and asking them for the $20GC which is going to expire today so i just copped the all star 6 since i like them too specially with the price of $160
