Apologies if this is the wrong place to post.

Are you supposed to size down on Dri-Fit Knit? I tried my shirts and tanks in-store and they all fit perfectly. Literally after one wash (following wash label) they are all stretched out. No where near as compressive. Fit loose and are too long for me.

Never heard of washing stretching stuff out, usually it shrinks clothes. Try washing with warmer water.

Im too swole for dri fits. Pecs and biceps feel trapped. If i hold in my sneeze ill rip my shirt.

Exactly, that's why I found it so weird. Label says to wash it at max 30C so I do. I'll bump it up and see what happens then.

And lol to these stupid responses.

I own several dri fit knit shirts, that I wash very frequently due to me running in them and only having a couple, they've been washed too many times to count, not once has any of them changed in size...
I also own the new knit shirts that came out this year, last year, etc. they all retailed at about $60+ a shirt :x
Not sure what you're doing wrong op..

gotta bunch dri fits for running.

washed several several times. no change at all.

op got dat dry phit

Dri-Fit does not mean "compressive". Dri-fit means it wicks moisture form the body. Did you buy Dri-Fit compression shirts or regular Dri-Fit shirts.

Did you wash cold on low and then lay those bad boys out to dry?

Shoot, I throw my shirts in the dryer afterward. They've already lost their wicking capability but still fit amazing.

Yeah I know, when I say it's not compressive now, I mean it fits nothing like when I tried them on.

I started off washing cold but then 30C. I don't lay dry, I hang dry. Better to lay dry?
