Reports of a "mass casualty" situation @ nightclub in Orlando shooting

He's not pinning on him, he's drawing attention to a lot of the demographic that supports him --- ones with "Don't Tread On Me" symbols on the back of their rusty F-150s, "you're not from around here" types, and YouTube commenters that go to mostly black videos just post paragraphs full of hate

You'd be surprised how many of those YouTube commenters are lawyers, doctirs, and bankers.

Take a stroll around wall Street oasis and search "underrepresented minority".

Is the " blame all Muslims for the actions of a few " rhetoric going to arrive tonight or later in the week?

Because it's coming
People will definitely do it for sure immediately. Facebook friend list will probably get a little smaller. Good idea to stay off social media altogether actually.

I don't think people really grasp how EASY it is to obtain a firearm.
getting a strap legally is hard work out here but i can go down to the hood and drop a few bills and get a burner thats hot

if everyone on the street was strapped up i promise you a crazy shooter would think twice before he pops off knowing anyone can pop back

‏@JuddLegum:
Deadliest mass shootings in U.S. history:

3. Sandy Hook, 2012 (27 killed)

2. Virginia Tech, 2007 (32 killed)

1. Orlando, 2016 (50 killed)

All in the last 10 years :smh:

The "blame all gun owners for the action of one" rhetoric has already arrived.
Which is equally as ******ed.

Blaming all for the actions of the few is ******ed

It's done to:

Black people
Police
Muslim
Woman who falsely claim rape
Black people (again)
Illegal immigrants
there's a huge different between blaming the actions of "a few" police, gun owners, etc than say, people of color, marginalized ethnicities though

Scary how something like this could EASILY happen to a big club..or anywhere in NYC (my home town).

It really is sometimes just being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

R.I.P

This shooting will do nothing as usual. Any talks for tolerance will be shoved under the rug. There will be plenty of talk on how we can make gun laws stricter while ignoring the fact that criminals don't abide by these laws. Around and around, we go.

The shooter not white because it labeled domestic terror

If they would havensaid lonewolf working alone..... well you know

There is no way this would have happened in NYC. I could literally get an AR every other weekend at a gun show in Orlando

Outside of black nights there is rarely off duty officers outside of nightclubs. This specific one was outside of the main downtown area. Which made it an easier target. The reason why it was so big is specifically down to its location. Even the club he select isn't the biggest gay night club. I don't think even this could have occurred at The Parliment House which is way bigger and historic of venue.

Man, the circumstances behind the Christina Grimmey murder and the Pulse shooting would make you think Orlando was the specific target. Both shooters traveled considerable distances to Orlando to commit their crimes.

This is awful as a tragedy in general.

Politically, this is also a mess. Incidents like this breed fear and certain political figures would love to wield that fear into power.

For something like this to happen a week into Ramadan as well...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but considering VT shooting was 30+.... this is the worst mass shooting in modern US History..

His dad said he got mad when he saw two guys kissing in Miami.

Said that's what possibly trigger him to doing this seeing Pulse is a huge gay club.

In 2016, it will go round and round. Because each side has something to politicize.

But, I would remind you that many people want the ATF to expand, and take other measures to go after the black market.

But the NRA even lobbies for that not to be done, because it will kill demand.

This "criminals will break the laws" is the weakest excuse I hear about gun laws. Of course criminals will try break them, that is what criminals do. It is like saying let's not regulate Wall Street because there are some bankers that will still go around the regulation.

But whatever, 50 people just got slaughtered, I'm just go in a corner and shake my head in disbelief, and worry about all the nonsense that is about to come out of this.
