Most Bread you've ever won from Casino / Lotto vol. Gambling Experts welcome

Know your legal rights fellow Nters. $1200 or above is what is taxable via gambling w-2. That's on a per spin or per bet basis. If you're playing blackjack at $300/hand and have a come up of $1800 overall, that's not taxable in any regard at all.

AC sounds like a scummy place.

Now if you're betting $60 on roulette in various positions, and have a huge hit totaling more than $1200, they can get yo . But if you hit $1,150 constantly, they have nothing on you.

Point proven. Cousin hit $500, $700, and $400 in one evening on slots. Even with hand pays, he would put it all back in and eventually had a $1500 ticket. No taxes.
if you bring 10000 all at once to a teller you will get taxed, that's federal law

800 at resort casino on electronic roulette :smokin

bet it all back and lost it on red :smokin

No more casinos for me :smokin

was playing on one of them computerized roulette machines (rigged) started off playing $2 at a time lasted bout 3 hours walked away with $246. went back the next day to the same machine lost all that back. Red hit literally 16x in a row. Kept doubling on black each time then gave up. Took myself to a real roulette table. Started off $20 on each spin, eventually lead to $60 each spin, walked away with $780.

Can you point me in the right direction?

All I'm seeing at $10,000 is a CTR title 31 issue. More to do with anti money laundering practices where casinos make note of redemptions above $10,000. It would be advisable to mix up your tickets like someone mentioned they did. But I don't see taxes being an issue here.

Edit: I guess I'm confusing myself. Reading more on it. Slots, bingo, keno, and poker tournaments are set at their own w2g tax threshold. Table games are really iffy ad it appears many places can set their limits as an accumulated sum. Be careful out there. I'm truly no expert but know enough to question everything. Around here, there are video poker games, computerized craps/roulette/blackjack. I guess it's a good problem to have but try to know your games tax threshold

in jersey poker is 5000, slots is 1200 and bingo 1500. You can theoretically keep winning 1000 a hand and not get taxed. Just if you win 10 racks overall bring it in bunches, don't give it in all at once

I'm not a gamble cat but i won 64 dollars and a lamar odom clippers swingman in a game of tonk once

 Only realistic story in here

Winning a grand in the casino isn't hard though, in the grand scheme of things it's actually very little paper. I've done it multiple times starting with only $50-200

The real question I need to ask myself is how much have you lost playing those damn CA Scratchers :smh:
yeah it sucks .
easily 50 grand I've lost.
Used to play like crazy for 12 years. Got tired of losing so much so now I limit myself to 50 bucks a month on scratch tickets.

Some dude on the lotto forums I post at just won 2million on a ten dollar ticket . Some dudes just have all the luck.

Last time I played craps at a casino it was in San Diego at a casino near one of the outlets, I was shocked that there were no dice, they used cards. I won $200. When I was in high school I won $450 at bingo, I saved that money for a minute too, except for a greenery purchase here and there.

Craps is where its at to me. So many ways to make money. It took some time to get used to everything that was going on but once I caught on, I was hooked.

I usually play 6 and 8. If they hit I collect the first one then I will press twice and start to collect depending on the roller. I like to play the field, hard 6 and 8. Hell I hit on the 30-1 boxcars twice.

Love that game man.

I play craps 90% of the time. Ill hop in and out of few hands of blackjack with my wife to mess up the dealer. And ill put a bet on red only for roulette.

Craps though ... you gotta play the 6 & 8. My downfall is the field, i love it but damn it can be cruel. Ive yet to hit on any hards or C & E in 4 visits to vegas.

I find it better to play with less people, no more than 10. I hate those over crowded tables, they never seem.to do me any good despite when u not playin at it all the ppl yellin n cheerin all loud.

Some of the best luck i have on craps is when a newbie rolls, especially a female

over 700 from roulette and i had to split it with my boy.... tell me if this is right... so my friend is playing roulette and im just watching and im like heres 20 bucks put it on black and i hand him my money... so he puts 20 bucks but on the number 20 black not just on the black color which i intended... the funny thing is it hit and if he did put it on just black id win regardless but less money...so he was like ya because of my mistake we won more money so were splitting it...at the time i was heated but i agreed and gave him half :smh:

When I first started going to the casino I used to win at least 120 a week craps. First time ever going I won 400 or something close to it and after that I was hooked. Don't even gamble anymore, when u hit that losing streak and realize what u could've did with the money [emoji]128546[/emoji][emoji]128555[/emoji]

That field can be your best friend or worse enemy, no in between. My boys homie was shooting one day and outta 22 rolls like 19 was field numbers. I caught all but 1.

I ain't gonna lie, if I'm up, every 6 or 7 rolls I'll throw 5 on the 12, joint pay 31-1 I think

Def can be the worst enemy.

One night cpl years ago every one os playing winning n losing but having fun. Out of nowhere comes this guy, looks half drunk and u can tell the way he showed up he was trying to recover.

After a roll he threw down 5 bills, got his chips they told him good luck. He sat out the next roll, but the next he put down 75 in the field. Nope

Next roll 50, nope
Sat out
Next roll 50, yes
Next roll 50, nope
Next roll 50, nope

After that he was goin 75 every roll losing every time. He was pissed.

Walked away, came back 5 min later put down another 5 bills. Lost it all on the field ONLY .. he was so heated. Im guessin he owed somebody bad but dude was lookin so desperate for a hit. Felt bad for his situation but realized it was his own fault.

When u losing i gotta know when to walk away. Same with winning

I know a guy in CT who hit for 250k at Foxwoods in 1998

After taxes it was $176k if I recall

why couldn't you put the bread on yourself? In gambling you gotta make your own moves

Yo Alp, I'll let you beat me in blackjack if you tryna be the plug for these yeezys.

$200 bucks? That was when I turned 21 and went my first time

Never won ever again and I've gone 100+ times since
