Pet peeve of mine and it has NOTHING to do with my phone

I keep mine clean. Obviously, I get a lot of emails during the day from both work and personal. However, I make every effort I can to take care of what I need to so the notifications don't pile up.

How do people rack up hundreds/thousands of unread emails? Are there no junk filters on your phones, or are you just not reading emails probably going back to 2011?

My bro-in-law was showing me something the other day and when he closed out the app on his phone, he had over 7000 unread messages

the vast majority are tied to actions done on social media (Facebook/Twitter/IG likes, post/thread comment updates, and the like), right?

I just have the settings adjusted so that when I go into the apps, I see the notifications there. Having all that **** clogging up my home screen would bother me to no end

Son, I have an iPhone. For some reason any red pop ups on my apps annoy me. Gotta get rid of them immediately. My boy was showing me something on his phone and he had over 36K emails, I almost had a stroke.

I disagree with you on just about everything, but this.....this right here in the large print, is something you and me see eye-to-eye on

Red and blue dots get cleared immediately ..can't stand that. :x @ some people taking pride in having thousands of unread emails

i have all my burner emails synced up to my iphone

and throughout the years somehow the chinese/nigerians get a hold of my emails and spam the crap out of em

i still read most of my important emails and skip over the spam so it adds up over the years

Real talk, this always been a pet peeve. A majority of my friends have thousands of unread emails like it makes them feel important.

Also is when you have a bunch of missed call/voicemail notifications. Like cmon bruh, dont play. If it was an important voicemail or call you woudve lookes into it.

People dont turn off email notifications? What benefits do you get from having email notifications rather than the normal app ones?

Nt sends like 100 emails a day that's how

Why is that option even turned on in the first place?
