I have no idea what people want out of the Transformers movies lol.
It's literally a franchise about 18 wheelers that turn into talking robots.what exactly is the compelling element missing from the formula for these movies?
If it were a franchise that just launched, I wouldn't expect much. But the fact that they butchered an already successful existing franchise is what irks people the most. For our generation, most of us grew up with watching G1 Transformers or Beast Wars. To see Michael Bay completely destroy that makes people angry I guess. I've accepted the fact that the movies are utter garbage and nothing to stress over. It's a money grab and I just simply don't watch lol
