Yup. They were nice enough to help me out and hold onto a pair until I got out of work to buy. I didn't think adidas would hold pairs for customers! Got lucky.

Cool, I didn't have a chance to swing by this afternoon and couldn't get through by phone. Think they have any stock left, specfically a size 12? Thank you to all that responded!

I picked up my pair around 6:30pm. (Called in around 1:20pm for them to hold my size). I saw the floor model being a size 12. I'd check when they open tomorrow. If I didn't get my pair today my back up plan would be to get them at finish line online this Monday at 10am EST. They should be dropping in store at Finish Line on Monday as well. Adidas OG in SoHo doesn't carry them.

Chat with the adidas.com specialist. They're pretty good at giving the right info when their product runs bigger or smaller.
I went with my go to size for these Alphas.
I went .5 down on the NMDs Primeknit
