I'm a snug 10.5 in 1.0s, a snug 10 in 2.0 and uncaged. I'm a 9.5 in bounces, and could probably squeeze a 9 if necessary. I have normal sized feet, not wide, not narrow. I wear a 10-10.5 depending on the Jordan's. Hope this helps
