GSWARRIORS THREAD VOL. ANDDD AGAINNNN NBA CHAMPIONS

anybody think we should have kept bogut instead of iggy?

I remember reading that bogut said when the dubs signed KD that it was either him or iggy that had to go and they chose him....

any truth to that? i know we needed to get rid of peeople to get the numbers to match, but yeah.....
At first, I did. But, I do like Andre coming off the bench.

Zaza is playing within his role and that's all that matters. I think he's finally getting comfortable playing with the team.

And if you factor McGee actually playing within his game, he's been highly effective.

Didn't mcgee have like 4 points and 4 fouls in 4 minutes one game? That efficiency.

He did. Yet the Warriors still won.

Regardless what people think of McGee, the coaching staff and his teammates believe the dude can be a help for the team.

He still needs to improve with positioning himself for rebounds, but i think he's good enough to help the Warriors all-season long.

I just hope Looney starts beasting out.

Not a fan of waiving anyone for Thabeet, dude has been in the league how long? And still isnt a factor in any aspect of the game.

Everyone just be patient I really think all of us will enjoy our lone draft pick that we selected this year

We drafted Damian Jones and Patrick McCaw.

If you're referring to Jones, then yes. I think he's going to play a key role in the front court when he returns.
So far this season, Zaza + McGee > Bogut + Ezeli . Ezeli's been injured so far this year.
And it sucks that Ezeli is still having knee issues. Dude has shown that he can be good, but I think the Warriors were better off letting him walk.

Side note: What is all this talk about the Clippers being the real deal this year? Have people forgotten that the Warriors have the same record as them? Wth.

149 points on 46-47? assists, that's insane. Going back to LA on Friday so should be fun game to watch and see if they can give them a spanking like tonight

I'm going to the game on Sat night vs Minnesota. Looking forward to seeing if KAT, Wiggins and LaVine can keep up.

Ticketmaster/nbatickets is having a black Friday no fees sale so I might scoop some for the Rockets game.

With Russell out and Randle possibly still hurting from his hip pointer, I think the Warriors will take care of business tonight.

how long does it take to recover from pectoral surgery?

isn't that what jones had done?

Yeah and I think he had the surgery before the draft and is expected to be ready by December.

In fact, he played for Santa Cruz last night and supposedly had a good outing.

2 points

7 rebounds

2 blocks

22 minutes playing time.

I hope he is a beast.

you know KD must be loving that he's in a gsw uniform..if he was still in OKC, no way russ passes the ball with the half winding down. russ is taking that last shot and bricking it

Game today was dope! Best part was the Wiggins dunk tbh Though LOL

^Yup, that dunk was nasty. I think Minny is going to be a team on the up soon. Especially if they continue to build around Wiggins and KAT.

Glad they got the win but Kerr really needs to work on plays down the stretch where they need a basket. That late 4th quarter offense yesterday reeked of the final minutes of Game 7. Also, having KD standing in the corner while Curry has trouble getting around Schroder is inexcusable.

^Yup, nothing wrong with Steph...But I wouldn't mind KD getting aggressive/selfish in the final minutes of the game.

He has the mismatch on him, so why not?

Over time but don't like the way wet we've looked.

Iggy continues to resemble a deer in the headlights every time he catches the ball on a pass.

Curry's defense has compromised this game to the point where Kerr took him out of the final play of regulation to avoid guarding Harden 1 on 1.

Again, there have been several plays in OT alone where it should be automatic that the play runs through KD but they insist on shooting 3s.

Curry getting in foul trouble is what lost the game. Sloppy and not moving the ball late. Oh well it's game 19 so whatever.

But Klay... **** he really knows to pick a game to play HORRIBLE

even with steph's foul trouble, dubs should have had this game in hand. they got to the foul line and couldn't convert there. they played good on ball defense but then couldn't grab a damn board. but like you said, it's only game 19...on to the next one. good reminder that this team still has a lot of work to do.
