#Brexit vote is now VOL. RIP European Union.

I'm not shocked that they left. But this is whats gonna happen to America in the future. The young people don't vote and are too caught up with foolishness. I expect something of a similar magnitude to take place, and like what we seen just happen here with the Brits, bunch of regrets the next day. But on the other hand, I'm kinda glad they all don't vote cause who knows where the country would end up with their far leftist thoughts.

Interesting read.

Brexit isn’t about economics. It’s about xenophobia.

We already knew that though. Dudes are dumb as hell. Wales, Canterbury, Charlamagne needs to give the entirety of Britain donkey of the day.

And they lost me money. This will be me if they try to come to the US

I would say it's less foolish, more powerlessness. There is no motivation to vote because we know nothing really changes, country has seemed to be on a downward decline no matter who comes in promising change. When we do get a politician who actually seems like they plan on making moves beneficial to the general public (Bernie), you see how many young voters quickly mobilize in support.

Now, once again, the two nominees is yet another lesser of two evils voting situation in which myself and a large amount of millennials have already tuned out of the process.

We're just waiting on the boomers to die off now.

I'm still mad salty at the English elders for screwing the youth of the country who overwhelmingly wanted to stay and messing up their future. Even though they don't have many years to live, I hope they live to see Scotland and maybe even Northern Ireland secede from the UK, and they probably will. They voted to leave because they "could remember a time before EU"? Well, now they'll get to experience something that even their great grandparents didn't - the end of the Union Jack.

Hate baby boomers

They think they are the smartest people in the room but in reality they dont know **** and are the least educated.

I think they said voter turnout for both age groups
where both above 70% I could be wrong I would have to look it up again. I'm going to look up a conformation for this and post it when and if I find it so for now take that with a grain of salt

Also age does not equal wisdom and youth does not equal dumb know it alls. There are old people dumb and smart and young people dumb and smart.

This was the closest i could find for now about the voter turnout. They 70% I mentioned was for overall turnout not age groups It seems the don't have any numbers for turnout by age group yet

Lots of ageism going on in here. If the young people were interested in preventing this from happening, enough of them would've came out to prevent the change from taking place. #Letsjustbehonest
It's been the work of the older generations that helped to foster this climate of political apathy permeating my generation and keeping us from the polls...

You think we all just decided one day to shirk our democratic duty cause **** it?

We've taken after the environment that the older generation has fostered...

Certain clothing sites based out of the UK have been down since last night. I assumed they did this to address pricing issues to prevent themselves from losing out due to the drop of the pound.

I wonder hiw many bernie supporters and saying this was a bad decision. All that talk about revolution... here's a taste of the fun.

I'm surprised buzzfeed hasn't dropped a "10 things you need to know about Brexit" article
