From where I sit, I thoroughly enjoyed the Finals but I turned to the EUROs and COPA America afterwards. Even if they were pushing Bron and Co. I wouldn't be checking right now.

You talking like Matthews, Parsons, Monroe, Kanter, Lopez, Jackson, Thompson and more didn't get the max.
Its going to be no different this year. And I consider Batum to be a more complete player than everyone on that list. Matthews pre-achilles would be the only exception and probably Jackson.

all of them don't deserve the max. Matthews pre-achilles still isn't a max player. But those guys didn't get the max. Maybe Jackson? But the rest didn't. Kanter, maybe? I always thought max for $20M per plus.
Just responding to the link that was posted about Horford, Conley, and Batum getting max. Batum didn't belong in that sentence
