I'll always remember Amare for calling Odom's 19 and 19 game vs the Suns in the 2010 WCF a "lucky game". Odom gives 17 and 11 the game two.
Averaged 14 and 11 that series.

Amare was putting up numbers that December to generate the MVP talk, but they were barely .500.
I never got the sense Yao or Amare were in the conversation until the games were played.
I think Jay and Caron Butler were the consensus top ROY candidates before the season.

Amar'e is going to be underrated at the end of his career.
Guy was arguably the best offensive PF for 4 years in a league with Dirk, Duncan, Garnett playing.
In the same token, I've never seen someone who tried so hard on defense but was so incapable. Just always half a beat late or a reaction to slow.
Regardless, he's a HOF in my eyes.

All Ibaka does is spread the floor as a PF, Gordon will be fine next to him. He's definitely a guy that can play 3 too. Not like he's exclusively a 4.

not that far off comparison he'll never be all star calibur matter of fact none of the lakers young'ns will be allstars theyll be good but not franchise all star types...
