2016 Official NBA Off-Season Thread: Former Greatness

I can't tell how I feel about Jackson. Initially I feel like he acts like a female but at the same time I feel like there's truth to what he says

Not to take anything away from Raymone and his gang, but...

It's been 51 days since Game 7 of the Finals, and I'm still disgusted at how the Warriors choked away a magnificently historical season due to their own damn carelessness.

A well-oiled machine breaking the rest of the league with a death lineup, disrespectful Curry bombs, and the best home-court advantage in the Association. That's what we saw for months. Then they collapsed at the very end and had it all go to waste.

Of course the future looks pretty good for them right now, but I'm not sure if I'll ever get over that.

More KD talk

*exits* to Team USA thread

I miss your Grizz breakdowns TBH.
Don't let folk salt that game, or did you run low on content?

Either way, KD, Grizz, Logos.....anything new, in its first offseason or rare as far as topics is cool with me.

Remove those and you have Jersey praise or hate, Player A vs B, Lebron conceitedness, Kobe greatness, Alpha vs Beta, top 5 PG all time list, MJ vs Lebron, etc etc etc.

Any topic in its first offseason is cool WITH ME.
Any topic that is sophomoric or had been missing for 10+ months, is cool with me.

That series was bogus. I am wholeheartedly a conspiracy theorist and believe that outcome was predetermined.

Even knowing that outcome was probably a key cog in KD leaving, I still enjoyed the hell out of that series.

Paul George or Harden?

Not an easy choice for me, they're 7A and 7B behind Bron, Steph, KD, CP, Blake, Russ/Kawhi (Maybe not behind Russ)

I always wondered how would Harden be looked at today if surrounded by the talent Steph is surrounded by.

Still being considered the best player among that talent.

I'm sure his weaknesses wouldn't standout as much and he would probably be ranked higher on lists. I'm assuming his playmaking abilities would be highlighted more on a better team.

BTW, I'm taking Paul George

Can't imagine PG being as close to MVP status as Harden was or having to bare the same load but he's almost just as versatile and more consistent defensively, idk either would be fine with me

Harden probably still has a little more to prove as a Superstar
