Y'all already know what I'm talking about.
Fan shaming...Fake outrage
Pointing out that you we're in a certain wave before someone else MAY or MAY NOT have been on that wave.

examples:
(Prince dies, and people start to download princes music)..Fam shamer: "Oh so you're a prince fan now? Were you a fan 2 months ago or nah?"

(tupac biopic drops) "Oh so everyone's a Tupac fan now? Oh ok"

This hasn't happened to me, but I DARE someone to come at me when All Eyez on Me drops and tries to act like I wasn't out here giving Pac his props. I been saying that Pac is one of the best Harlem rappers of the 90s.

I'm tired of it myself, i like the concept of being a fan of players so i root for whatever team they are on...
 
I'd like to add "bandwagon" shaming to the post.

I feel that die-hard fans are super weak for trying to shame bandwagoners. Die hard fans think they get some type of medal for sticking with their team when the team sucks.

Maybe if you didn't be so much of a fan when the team sucks, and it hit the owners' pockets, the owners would act right and get the team in order.

Fringe fans are who the owner wants to buy tickets, and they're who the owner markets to.

Bangwagoners like winners, and I'm not eem mad about that.

Makes me feel good when I hear a song I had on my iPod LONG before it was featured in a car commercial.

Bruh...GSW bandwagoners.....like 3-4 years ago you would not even hear GSW in a conversation of favorite teams...NOWHERE....EVEN IN GOLDEN STATE ....now errrbody ridin hard for dem boyz.....weird.

Most GSW fans came aboard ten years go when Baron Davis/ Steven Jackson upset the Mavs in the first round.

And this is coming a Seattle dude who HATES all things Bay Area sports, but living there I couldn't deny the love the Warriors had. The whole we believe thing started back then too. Outside of the bay yea I dunno, but in the Bay fools ride or die look at Raider fans :lol:
