Fan-Shaming Unnapreciation vol. "Oh so you're a prince fan now?"

Bruh we won our first playoff game in 1984, and didn't win another until the Super Bowl run in 2005. That was literally my entire time in this earth

Do you know what's it like to go to another city wearing a Seahawks jersey during the 90s or early 2000s? :smh:

These folks ain't bandwagoners, they just finally had the courage to come out the dark

Seriously though I don't even how y'all even identify band wagon people. I didn't get a special medal for being down with the Seahawks back we when sucked. The parade was just as sweet as for me as it was for someone else.

I thinks ho **** though everybody wants a cookie for **** no one else cares about.

What hate is the other end of the spectrum of this. Folks want to be up on **** so bad they purposely hate on things everyone else might be on.

Idk ***** funny to me. If a diehard fan started shaming fans in front of their favorite team/athlete/musician.... They'd look like a total **** and lunatic

I'd like to add "bandwagon" shaming to the post.

I feel that die-hard fans are super weak for trying to shame bandwagoners. Die hard fans think they get some type of medal for sticking with their team when the team sucks.

Maybe if you didn't be so much of a fan when the team sucks, and it hit the owners' pockets, the owners would act right and get the team in order.

Fringe fans are who the owner wants to buy tickets, and they're who the owner markets to.

Bangwagoners like winners, and I'm not eem mad about that.

Nah bandwagoners or fair weather fans whatever you call it are annoying and lame. Can't trust a front runner

Agreed with the OP. That's that hipster mindset where "discovering" something before someone else gives you some sort of divine exclusivity right to it

I dont like band wagon fans

But bandwagon haters are the worst

Ie You only hate kanye becuase you dont want to be left out

Talking about the cowboys suck but your team season is over with by mid season?

Talking about gsw/lebron choled but you dont even know the team colors

None of y'all have shamed anyone

Like why are y'all butt hurt that people like something less time then you?

Not butthurt at all. I just find a grown man hopping from team to team based on sucess comical.

And If you wanna turn into a overnight fan of an artist thats fine. Just dont shove it down people throats.

People do like to be a part of things and it can be annoying. And it does kind of expose people a little bit.

I don't care if you late, I just don't want to hear how big of a fan you are when someone passes and I've never heard you talk about them before their death. I know a few people on social media damn near in tears and had to show how big of a fan they were when certain celebrities passed. That **** annoys me. Hopping on teams after they win is wack but nothing you can do about it. All the Seahawks and Warriors fans are comedy to me but it is what it is.

The whole Free Boosie and Free Gucci wave was real wack too. Everyone just hopped on that wave and mad people didn't even know their music.

I am one of those guys who sham on people who jump a trend but ONLY when I'm screaming to the world how great or how much I believe in something only to be shunned, ignored and talked about. And then the next thing you know, what I was trying to tell the world about is the next best thing. Air Jordan 1's, Young Thug, Lebron and Co. beating the 73-9 Dubs Ali vs Foreman style are some of the more egregious bandwagon hops I've literally had to call out in recent memory with my peers and even on NT. I'm just not a fan of short term memory...

 at kingkoopa kingkoopa

Exactly! It's cool if dudes get put on but i can't stand dudes that just become "fans" only cause it's the "trendy/cool" thing at the moment. Them the types that won't mess with it once the trend dies and will ONLY hop back on if the trend comes back to being cool

It is a deeper issue IMO

Fans or people that 'Die easy' is what they call them.

And it usually just isn't social media or popular stuff, it usually bleeds into every bit of their lives. It is like a lifestyle.

And it is pretty annoying and actually can be sad.

But it's all love...came along way from vontego Cummings, Chris porter, Chris mills, old *** mark price, bimbo Coles. I was a fan years ago! Lol but hipsters love to quiz u on ****. Like my dude I'm at the club...

Adults taking sports/fanhood of anything too damn seriously is hilarious. Dudes will show no devotion to careers, families, education, etc. but will get mad about a lack of devotion to sports teams or someone enjoying their favorite music for the first time
