Dude spent more time making grill marks on his bun than spending time making sure his great value burgers weren't cooked to dust
maybe its just me but i hate patty burgers except Bubba burgers. 

i need my patties made from real hamburger.

Pass for me. Easy pass. No condiment can make up for that. Dudes be cooking the flavor and juice out eating rubber practically.
 
Medium to medium well for steak

Id eat a medium cooked burger at a decent restaurant, but at bbqs well done is just fine

Medium rare is the best way to eat a steak. You get better flavor, texture, the steak is hydrated medium rare its not dehydrated


If yall got a meat grinder i suggest you get a small brisket and chop it up to smaller pieces and that grind it up and make pattys out of that. Its fatty, but if you know how to work the pit you wont struggle.

Brisket pattys >>>> struggle hamburger meat pattys.

This is my type of hot sauce, put it on everything sauce. Lime juice, thai chili peppers, garlic, cilantro, fish sauce sometimes. :pimp:

Use green onions too and don't make that fish sauce sometimes make it always .. Your welcome

Theres really nothing wrong with those burgers that dc made looks like any burger you find at a bbq. But I know its cool to clown dc....

A good piece of meat needs no sauce.

Only sauce acceptable at a BBQ is BBQ sauce.

Fried chicken only needs a dab of hot sauce.

I smoke mine depending on weight, bone in or out, could be anywhere from 6-10 hrs and make a carolina sauce but i cant get the sauce to come out how i want it. Idk if its cuz im usin texas flavors wit a tangy sauce or what tho.

Yea that's us. Vinegar and pepper are the base and something else I can't think of.

agreed. ****...I'll gut a 35lb pig and roast it off a stick Over some fire plain Jane ... Island style


but sometimes you don't have enough meat and need other **** (condiments) to compliment it due to the struggle.
