 correct!

If you're grilling hot dogs and you put ketchup anywhere near the ************* the Chicago will come out of me and there might be a police presence required.

everytime I go to South Carolina my gma cons me into going to Piggly Wiggly buying those off brand sodas

"mellow yellow"

Already a thread on this when those black comedians go to a white family's house for dinner

I will never forget.

When I asked (politely) a white family if they by chance had hot sauce and her mom said 'of course!' and brought me picante salsa :x :smh:

I just said 'I really appreciate it' and applied the salsa to whatever it was I was eating (that wasn't appropriate for salsa) with legit tears in my eyes.

I'll stay out of Chicago then. I'll put ketchup like the rest of the civilized world.

I think with the ketchup thing, it is like, it doesn't look like you put effort into doing something different.

Sometimes simple is good. Spicy mustard and ketchup is good enough for me. I just find it weird that out of all the stuff people use as toppings (relish, sauerkraut, onion sauce, onions) that some think ketchup is a big no no. Never heard of that foolishness until a few years back.

Most ratchet thing I've ever seen with my two eyes happened at a cookout about 5 years or so back.

Me and the lady wen to the neighbor's house for a get together. Probably about 30-40 people there. It was a good sized cookout.

He's grillin' dogs, wings, burgers, etc....food came out real good. He said he wasn't ready to turn off the grill because waiting on his cousin and 2 of her friends to show up and he wanted them to have some hot food when they arrived. It was a nice thing to do.

His cousin and her two friends show up. They had a safeway bag in hand. In the bag were 3 crabs.

Three.

Those dummies had the audacity to stop off at the store, get some safeway-quality ( :x ) crabs and chow down. Who goes to a cookout and brings food only for themselves?

Well, here's the ratchet part....they used the crab shells as ash trays for their newports.

At that point, we went home.

 that is golden.

Reminds me of a small family cookout we had years ago, one aunt brings like 2 chickens for us to grill for her - not for anyone else to have but for her to take back to her apt. I mean damn we don't mind doing the favor, but that is ALL she brought, meanwhile chowing down on everything else there. Needless to say we haven't see her too often since then
