Ahh yes sonic 2, my first Genesis game and one of my all time favorites. I still prefer those old Genesis era games to the new stuff.

yeah he went SS in the vid I posted earlier @ 59 seconds and at 3:38. Dude was so fast he would just fly.
Sonic came in a took a big share of the market away from Mario. He was that dude.

I remember to this day playing sega sonic with my older brother when we were little kids. Remember my dad making me choose between a sonic figurine or the sonic the hedgehog movie on vhs lmao. Renting the cartoon episodes from blockbuster countless times. To me however, my favorite game is Sonic adventure 2 battle. Sonic heroes was also very fun for me. Easily the most played games on my gamecube after super smash bros melee
