Best deodorant or antiperspirant for men?

For those of you that use the spray on, how do you guys like it? I heard it wears off in a couple of hours and actually doesn't protect at all. Also, does it again your shirts?

I switched back to spray on after the dove deodorant stick stopped working for me. Yeah, it doesn't seem to last the whole day. Still pretty good though. Not sure if it stains my shirts since I usually wear dark colored ones.

I actually have to try some oxi-clean or some vinegar recipe to get the stains out of some old shirts.

Get Tom's deodorant or any natural brand. Anything else R.I.P

Used Toms and it was garbage. Made my armpits itch and feel like they were burning. My body is probably allergic to something in it.

Seriously need some all natural ones or i gotta start making it myself.

Copped this from whole foods, works great all day for the smell but unfortunately doesnt stop the sweating cause i sweat a lot. I dont think theres any natural antiperspirants out there that really work. But this is my go to cause im not with all those chemicals.

This. I've only used Degree Shower Clean for damn near 15 years. When I bought it in the beginning I never knew it was women's deo. It works, doesn't smell like alcohol and cologne, so I wasn't going to stop using it because it was women's deo. Shrug.

I use baking soda. Keeps me from smelling. You want to sweat though. Get those toxins out.

Here's a recipe for natural deodorant.

Ain't used mens does deodorant in 10 years, never will again. **** be smelling like cheap Cologne and sweat. Give me womens secret or dove and I'm good.

Same here. Men's deo smells too strong, like too much cologne and rubbing/isopropyl alcohol. Women's deo is more effective without being over bearing. I don't see how folks use that Axe bs.

Yeah Mens deoderant is trash. I got flack from a few friends cuz I had some womens deoderant but these guys are using Axe Mens deoderant which is the the worst thing you could possibly use

For my 13th birthday, my aunt bought me a big *** pack of Degree deodorant.

I eventually used it and then when I got older and stopped using Axe, I switched back to Degree.

Even today after a long day of hard, sweaty work I can still smell it on my pits. Don't get me wrong, I smell turrible, but the deodorant is still working.

LPT: Use ethyl alcohol hand sanitizer to get rid of persistent body odor.

First let's look at what "body odor" actually is:
Body odor, or B.O., bromhidrosis, osmidrosis and ozochrotia, is a perceived unpleasant smell our bodies can give off when bacteria that live on the skin break down sweat into acids - some say it is the smell of bacteria growing on the body, but it really is the result of bacteria breaking down protein into certain acids. -via
Ethyl Alcohol is antimicrobial to the extreme, killing just about anything you can throw at it. By using ethyl alcohol hand sanitizer you can kill the bacteria living on your skin while also breaking down any oils or sweat that may otherwise be left behind when using just soap and water.

"Will rubbing alcohol work?"

Yes, but not as well. One other benefit of hand sanitizer is how thick it is. Isopropyl rubbing alcohol can evaporate off your skin in less than a minute, where as the hand sanitizer will evaporate much more slowly and therefore do a more complete job. Rubbing alcohol can  work, just not as efficiently or as effectively.

Note that this advice is meant for the less sensitive areas of the human body: Armpits, feet, toes, underboob, etc. Yes other, more recreational, parts of your body may smell too, and while the hand sanitizer probably won't do any permanent damage it will  hurt like a *****. Imagine dipping your boys/lady into Bengay and you'll get a rough estimate of the ouch.

Hope it works out for you, took about a month for my body to get used to it and to start seeing the benefits.

Any deodorant that won't leave nasty yellow stains in the pit area of white tees? :smh:
Ruined a lot of white shirts cause of that. Used to rock with that arrid xx joint, but had to stop

Fam, all of my shirts (blue, red, black) have these damn white marks from the deodorant I use (secret) :smh: It's like as if I took the deodorant and wiped it on the pit area of the shirt. And what's funny is that it appears AFTER I wash my shirts. Anyone else have this problem?

stay away from aluminum if you dont want them nasty pit stains

use coconut oil instead of the normal deoderant :smokin

Hold up, you just coconut oil or coconut oil mixed with other stuff to make a deodorant?

I have coconut oil but just use it as a moisturizer. I dunno how it would replace deodorant since it has a faint scent but people have said it does clog their pores so I can see it slowing down sweating.
