I would definitely do that if I were you. Looks like your RB's right now are really weak and you'd get basically the best possible one in fantasy plus you'd get Landry in that deal and your receivers would still be looking good. Zach Miller has been like a top 5 TE all year...with Cutler back he should be at least a solid top 8 TE all year and should be a good start every week

Someone was throwing me Lamar Miller & Gates for my Julio and J.Thomas.
Might have to take that deal and then sign Tyrell for another WR to go with the rest of them (Cobb, Kelvin, Montgomery)

I'd grab Perkins since you have Jennings and then let this week tell you whether Perkins is officially taking over and you can finally drop Jennings for somebody next week.
