Anyone ever successfully told a cop that they aren't searching you?

Im Turkish.

Got pulled over one night hella randomly and cop came to the window and started asking questions. I could hear him but i didnt speak, just shook my head for yes/no.

Dude looked at me puzzled, asking why im not talking and if theres "anything he should be woried bout that is a threat to him in the car"

i simply shook my head "no"

He gets frusterated/mad and yells "Get out the car now *******" and starts to search me.

.....Till he sees my hearing aids in both my ears and ask if im deaf. i simply nod my head "Yes". Luckily for me, i guess he knew that deaf people usually dont have a voice/cant speak, so he told me "Ok youre good to go" -signals me a thumbs up and just drives away.



Jokes on him tho, i can speak :lol: Im hard of hearing not deaf, been wearing hearing aids since the age of two and ive learned ways to avoid certain things using my hearing aids 8)

Yo! This might be a new tactic to combat DWB. How hard is it to obtain hearing aids?
 
Man i went to prison cuz a cop made up a story and put some dope on me.

Cop ended up gettin caught up not to long ago so now my record is good. But that was the worse. dam near tore my family apart.

Been thrown in a cop car wit the car off and windows up in the summer cuz they said i fit the description a narc had given out after he got jacked.

I can go on. Never been no friendly encounters.
 
Half White/half hispanic (look white).

Seems like cops @ 2:30AM stop every car for any reason.

Having to go to work @ that hour is pretty hellish ( i started driving with a bright green vest on and had my badge on). Cops don't give a darn. Heard every excuse in the book and I drive a frickin outback.

Speeding 2mph over the limit.
Stopped beyond the crosswalk.
Brights were on blinding other cars
Tail light is out.

It has resulted in being late to work. But damn if I wasn't a darker skin color, and I could honestly say, I wouldnt know how to contain myself. I want to get these encounters recorded but don't want to reach in any crazy direction. So its usually window down, everything ready, work badge out, and its a warning 100% of the time. I do feel lucky though.

Definitely not comparing to others. Cops everywhere seem skiddish as hell though. I fear for my life on every stop.

Anybody can get hearing aids, not like buying a gun where you need a license and such lol. Only thing is get ready to drop srs dough on em.

Definitely about to look into getting a replica/costume/fake hearing aid and having it in the console for when them peoples get behind me.
 
yup living in LA especially the car scene out here cops will harass you and try to search your car if they dont like you

and once you successfully tell em they arent going to search they will hit you with every dam ticket possible :lol:

it nice to see another hearing aid bro on this forum. i remember turning mines off when a teacher used to yell at the class room lol

pshh i got stories for DAYSSSSSSS cause of my hearing aids lol.


We had a sub teacher for english in HS and this was the time where ipods were hot. So the teacher starts with the rules and she says, "for those with headphones, pls dont have them in your ear or else i will make a note of it to your teacher."

So this dude i know decides to be an *** and tells the teacher, "23kidd has on his headphones i doubt he cant hear what youre saing right now"

Now mind you everybody at my school knew i wore hearing aids, so everybody is snickering here and there waiting to see what will happen...

Teacher: 23kidd please take of your headphones
Me: Theyre not headphones
Teacher: Look i dont want to get into an argument here, please be respectful or else ill send you to the principles office"
Me: Do what you gotta do but im telling you now that they are not headphones
Teacher: Fine, you think im playing *heads to desk and writes on a piece of paper*

Whole classroom is either laughing or in shock-Girls telling the teacher "thats wrong" but na she wasnt having it.

As she gives me the note to go to the principles office she looks into my ear, and stops. Crumbles up the note and says to sit down.

After that she was acting like she was out of sync or something couldnt teach for **** :lol:
 
haha i once went into best buy and this also when iPod were becoming hot. had a sales associate ask me what im listening to and i pause and look at him and said YOU!! lol he said ohh and avoided me the whole time i was in the store lol

23kidd 23kidd 2423 2423 yo.. I used to have hearing aids when I was younger. I didn't have enough to pay or maintain them anymore so I just forgot about them.. I think its time for me to get some new ones. I've had hearing lost my whole life. Mind telling me what the best options are? I've looked into costco so far.

From wht ive seen costco is the most affordable spot that carries hearing aids compared to private drs,etc
 
That hearing aid stuff ain't going to work for us brothers :lol:.

12 will think your being a smart *** and **** you up over not responding. That silent treatment ain't workin for us. I seen that go bad before. Real bad :smh:

Only way i see this plan failing is if they know sign language and expect u to know what theyre signing.


Imagine if u actually get beat up and ur wearing a fake aid or even a real one and the media gets ahold of it. Your *** is hard of hearing/deaf for the rest of your life :lol:

You're supposed to lock your car w/ the keys inside, especially if you have a spare or someone w/ a spare for your wheel. At that point, they have to bother a judge for a warrant in order to search your vehicle.

They'll say you shouldn't be driving because you can't hear. Look at your license and see that it isn't for the hearing impaired.

Either way they would still arrest you.

A lil bit not much tho. Lawyers been bangin my line and people been tryna tell me to file a lawsuit against the cops.


Im coo tho....i dont need that target on me or my family.
