Oddly enough I didn't know what to put up for my 8,000th post. Then she passed this past Thursday morning. She fought breast cancer with as much strength and grace as I could imagine anyone fighting it. It's tough as hell knowing I won't speak to her again on this earth.

If you still have a moms living on this earth, please be sure to call today and tell them you love them.

My condolences brotha. Your mom is still watching over you. She's just in a better place where she doesn't have to fight anymore. She can still hear you, and She still has your back. Stay up, stay strong.

My condolences, sorry to hear man. Stay strong so you can show her how much she inspired you.

Sorry for your loss Ant, I'm all too familiar with the feeling of losing a mother. Hold your head my man, and know she's watching over you and continue to make her proud. May she rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss, NT fam.

No matter how much you prepare yourself for losing a parent, the emotions are pretty much unexplainable when it finally does happen.  You simply can't prepare for it.

My mom passed almost 10 years ago and I still miss her like hell.  But I feel like she's a part of me because as I've grown older, I can see the values and ideologies she instilled in me coming to fruition in my life and relationships.  I have a whole new appreciation for her.  In time I have no doubt you'll feel the same.

Stay up man.  Much love to you and your fam.

Sorry for your loss... Coming from someone who has a single mom, mothers are the strongest people on earth for all that they endure.

Was thinking about my moms while in traffic the other day. When it's her time to go, it is going to take a huge toll on me.
