Maybe not gone tomorrow (a reactionary choice of words) but you have to consider a culture change completely top to bottom if they continue to lose like this.
It's an injury riddled Charger team, but one that was very much still competing in the game against a wildly inconsistent Raider defense.
The coach as a leader is going to be accountable for the loss either way.

He's underdeveloped.
It was just about how I felt when he came out of ASU a year early, but sometimes you never know. He lacked poise when there was chaos around him. Reminded me of Gabbert in the sense that he panicked and got happy feet when he expected pressure, so his mechanics were rushed, which forced some bad throws, but otherwise, was the right read.
BOB is a QB whisperer--type, right? He's got some work to do. Against the right matchup, his arm and especially his two big-time receivers will bail him out and make him look better than he is, but today and with a few other games as evidence, any above-average D will fluster the crap out of him.

Players like Odell, you need or should get them the ball early. Turn that emotion into a positive. He's probably coming out with something to prove, but if he doesn't get the ball, it could just make it worse. Feed him early and his confidence will soar.
