Say the Dolphins blow it up, how long is the rebuilding process?

I understand why teams try everything in the book before blowing it up.

I also don't understand how the Colts have completely botched maybe the luckiest come up in my life with Luck.

Good competent FO in place? I'd say three years minimum if you're starting from scratch i.e. full rebuild from the ground up.

Blowing up just the roster while leaving an incompetent FO in place just subjects the franchise to talent purgatory.

Raiders have to be the current archetype on how to rebuild from the ground up in the last few seasons. Our fans deserve it after witnessing it done the wrong way for a decade. I'd call the Vikings turn around from 2013 to now a "micro" rebuild so not really the same thing.

If the Dolphins blow it up I hope Trey Bantz Trey Bantz and them can be patient. You had Raider fans questioning McKenzie's job security after 2 seasons when he said from the jump this was gonna be a 3 - 5 year process just to the roster to the point of being competitive from a talent standpoint.

I'll say this, when that FO is adept, watching the multiple year process of a rebuild is actually really, really, cool if you're into that kind of long term thing.

I believe in Gase. I've said it before, we need to blow it up but be patient with the young HC

Give $70M guaranteed to one, franchise tag one, cut one:

Derek Carr
Carson Wentz
Jameis Winston

You're really going to ask this the day after Jameis has some rough overthrows on national TV while Wentz is everyone's darling after four career games and Carr has the Raiders at 4-1

You know what you're doing

But if your friend had all three on his fantasy team, who'd he start regularly?

You're all ready on Team Simmons/Embiid

Come join the Wentz Wagon my brother

I like Wentz a lot but lets please not talk about if we'd cut other franchise QB's if we had him right now and **** after four career games

After watching about four games from Josh Freeman in 2010 I thought we'd have another ring by now, Mike Williams and LeGarrette Blount were going to be superstars and Raheem Morris was our Mike Tomlin.....**** can change quick

Didn't even think of last night's game

Those 3 were the first 3 young QB's that came to mind
