Chiefs are on Fox and Cowboys on CBS? The **** is going on?

They did this last season too...Regular CBS teams (AFC), play on FOX and vice versa....Seahawks and Eagles are on CBS later today, which would normally be on FOX, but that's why the Cardinals/Vikings game will be aired here in Seattle.

I'm learning these broadcast programs too well. I know that usually the visiting team in a AFC vs. NFC matchup is usually broadcast on their regular channel.

They switch some because of thankgiving/holiday games sometimes as well
Cowboys are on CBS because the away team is an AFC team. Chiefs are on Fox because the away team in NFC.
