dallas had the 4th pick in the draft

the eagles original pick was 13, which means bosa and VH3 would have been gone.. and if the dolphins would have taken tunsil at 8, him too (he went 13)

if the eagles took shepard or Thomas at 13 either would have been viewed as huge reaches
