They said if Romo comes back this year, he'll need an epidural to play. **** that, he's gotta be thinking retirement.

I didn't get enough credit for posting this before.

but seriously.

what are your guys opinion on what this romo injury does for Zeke. granted it depends on how Dak plays we know that.

but being realistic and NOT thinking Dak plays in the regular season like he is in preseason...because we all know he's not...is romo going down better or worse for a guy like Zeke

You guys think Krap actually believes in this?? lol...

Didn't know that he majored in Black History or that he marches for human rights. He wants his name out there. He's never said anythinh until this point. Sorry, but I dont believe he us doing this on belief or for the people. If he had a history of speakinh for the people, fine. But on the fringe of losing his job to Blaine god damn Gobbert in a Chip Kelly offense he should be built for... then all of a sudden he believes in this when this has been a problem for many many years?

Come on...
But eat up what you guys want.

The best part...
Literally 30 minutes before the news came out my boy drafted Romo in our league. I laughed... sucks for Romo. Dude can't catch... nevermind. No pun intended.

Kaep speaking up does way more harm than good for his career and finances. **** is much worse in the last year than the previous years. No clue how this is a publicity stunt and what financial gain this could possibly give him.

Cowboys situation is pretty simple I think.

Dak doesnt play well enough and cant keep team above .500 Romo will come back week 10.

Dak plays very well, Romo never plays another snap in the NFL again.

Either way Romo's career is over after this season IMO.

Which is why I say... coaching.
Romo, if nothing else, has always had a good head on his shoulders when it comes to following through with schemes and has had to fight from the very bottom to start. He's had success, could take the coaching path if he has nothing else to do. I could see the Cowboys loving him enough to put him in as a coach.

Rookie starters at QB and RB for Dallas, should be fun

Everytime I think of Dak I remember him getting knocked out on Spring Break, happy dude is going to be at the helm

Looks like I was wrong by giving romo the benefit of the doubt. SMH. It happens.

IDK if I'm overreacting. But this might be the end of the road like boys 2 men for romo. Simply because the injuries are recurring, all seemingly to his back and collar bone...

-------
As for how we will fare with no romo. Well idk. I'll say this. I def think we're better than last year cause Dak and Zeke weren't here last year. However, as good as Dak has looked, it's gonna be growing pains at some point. He's a rookie, it's inevitable.

Honestly the new era for Dallas looks to be a lot of fun. Dez being the positive leader constantly telling people how great they can be, that offensive line. Dak being the young gun. Zeke the new beast in the back field... Wouldn't be surprised if they won a title in 5 or 6 years if they get a defense to match.

Dallas really lucked into Dak  cause everybody on here knows Jerry never planed for life after Romo. He was just gonna have tunnel vision and ride him like a horse until the wheels fell off, and it looks like that may be the case. Dak has made mistakes of course being a rookie, but he's shown enough poise and awareness that people shouldn't go into panic. I mean, it's still ****'em, but life after Romo should have been planed for sooner anyway. You don't need to miss a bunch of games all the time to be considered injury prone.

Exactly and this just happened in preseason man. Romo really gotta think about retirement if this epidural news is true. Thats just telling you to call it a wrap.

Cowboys might as well get Vick on the line right now.

I think they were on the right path with Dak as a backup qb and learning from romo.

I don't like seeing rookie QBs being thrown into a situation when they're not ready.

Honestly the defense is what is going really hurt them

Cause the offense could still be solid.. Basically run the Russ Wilson early offense with Zeke playing the lynch role.. Defense have to account for both running.. And he just plays it ultra safe in the passing game and only throws if it's wide open

Dez's numbers go down.. But offense is still solid.. But defense won't stop anyone

I feel like the Michael Irvin "recipes" rant would go perfectly here. It applied to Indy and Peyton, and def to Jerry and his negligence knowing his prized QB is injury prone.

Bull ish you get hooked on GOT quick.. and im huge fan of GOT lol

The first time i ever attempted watching GOT I fell asleep during the second last episode of the 1st season and never watched again until 3 years later. My 2nd stint I was determined to watch it all and put my head down and started from the very beginning again and never looked back. That show is a god damn grind but its totally worth it. I do think it gets better by the season.
