Thats the last update I received on mine. No idea where it is at this point lol I just hope it's not stuck and it gets here for the expected delivery date. 
 
Do the black toes look a little roomer in the toe compared to the Chis? One of the only differences I noticed between my two pairs. Definitely like the softer leather in the collar on the BTs but for the most part, quality is right there. 

In fact, I also noticed that my Chi outsole mold is super wonky and not straight (yes I know it happens with 1s) compared to the nice flat mold of my BTs.
 
Oh my goodness these are buttery, I've gotten breds, sbb 2.0s, and metallics this year, and these are by far my favorite.

were folks claiming BRed '16 like red quality?....definelty think 16s **** on 13s and understand CHI/UNC quality comparisons.

I don't think this is too much....I feel like you might find a pair around $190 but odds are you will find them a bit north of $200 and once you add shipping you are within $30 of the $250 number. 
 
While the tumbling isn't bad on the Breds, you guys be trippin who think it's better leather than BTs. It's not, just different and I prefer BT leather to the contrived tumbling on the breds. Best quality J 1 to release this year my bruhs

this is my opinion too, I actually liked the tumbled look on the breds, but the leather on these is as good. The tumbled look wouldn't be right for the color blocking on the BTs.
 
@HipHopSays  Must feel great to own them all! Man, I remember trying to cop the '15 Chicagos. I was a sneaker virgin then. What a rude awakening that release was

 And I still missed out on the Banned 1s. I wish I could find someone to trade my BTs for one straight up, but it doesn't seem possible without adding cash. One day...

The CHi release stopped me from buying all Jordan's..... Until the breds came out. I still can't shake that BS from the chi release. Wish I could find a trade for rsbb for my bt, **** I'd throw some cash in too.

During that release, I thought I was ready with all the Footsites loaded up on the countdown page with my addresses and CC's filled out. Boy was I WRONG. And the sneaker game always pulls you back... can't escape it.
 
Yeah....that CHI release was next level *******. SMH. I had stepped away from 1s during 2012/2013 due to the feeling like 1s were no longer on par with what I loved about them and after seeing a sample pair of the SBBs I had serious 'sneaker fever'. The CHIs release was supposed to be an 'easy' pickup before the SBBs....

True that. Loaded up on Breds and yin yangs and confettis and BT and soon o be top 3 and space jam ..... Unless they pull a chi again ..... Haha
