23 on Jordan 11 CDP peeling solution?

The 23 on the back of my Jordan bred 11 CDPs is peeling. Some of the 23 is still there. Can I use fabric glue to get it to stick back on? Anyone have any experience with this? What did you use? Any suggestions?
