Logged on to make this thread. UNREAL. At this point, we should be able to sue the cop as an individual. Make his *** pay for the rest of his life. Otherwise, wouldn't it seem as if the cop speaks for all police of that city, if the city(taxpayers) have to pay?

Most cops probably think most black people don't even pay taxes. NYPD comissioner says there aint enough black officers cause so many black teens break the law.
