Visiting PI. Where are ALL places to check out?

I will be visiting the Philippines for a month in May. Can anyone make suggestions as to what are MUST SEE PLACES?

and more specifically recommendations on Sneaker stores, exclusive sneaker stores?

Also, I am also considering to visit non-sneaker places too. Like foodie places or sights and hangouts.
