Nobody is going to implement new ways to vote when the current method is so easy to manipulate.

Two party system is a joke, and dangerous as hell.

Even when Bernie had a chance to get his message out there, it really didn't stick.

No campaign is without its shortcomings, but that in conjunction with the suppression from the media and DNC sealed that mans fate. It's only speculation at this point but I don't see him getting washed like he did if Clinton wasn't propped up to win like she was.

Bernie wasn't winning the black vote, he couldn't even split it, that alone sealed his fate. He conceded the South to her, and gave her a leg up in diverse states.

Exactly. The only black people that were in Bernie's corner where @ninjahood and Killer Mike and neither of those ****** are in good standing in the black community. It was a wrap for Bernie after the South Carolina primary.

Okay, and with that revelation we now know that 3 ****** voted for Bernie instead of 2....LOL. Seriously though, Bernie Sanders might have had a few ****** voting for him......and when I say a FEW I mean just that, just a few ******. That small little number simply wasn't going to be enough to get Bernie over the hump. Personally I don't know anybody that voted for Bernie Sanders or even thought about it for that matter. Then again I live in a diverse area and not some all-white state.

@SneakerPro Killer Mike isn't in good standing with the black community because he followed Bernie Sanders around during the primaries like a lost puppy....or a slave that didn't want to leave his master. "What's wrong boss....WE sick". Wherever Bernie was Killer Mike was. Killer Mike had that house ***** mentality when it came to Bernie Sanders and those are the kind of brothas in the black community we can do without. We don't need him. That's why he's in bad standing.
 
It's crazy but Hillary looks way worse than Trump. Trump is gonna wash Hillary. He's gonna Bing up all her crooked ways in debates. Dems gonna feel super dumb getting behind Hillary after she got washed by Obeezy.
 
Online voting just seems like an open invitation to hackers and all sorts of voting fraud.

They'd have to protect the whole process with some NSA/CIA grade cyber security, and even then it's still a risk.

There's plenty of ways to manipulate the voting process as it currently stands of course but I think online voting would just make it worse.

It can theoretically done with an immutable blockchain, the most secure of which right now is Bitcoin, but that's a story for another day.

while there are aspects of the Westminster system that I like (I assume this is what you guys are referring too.. think Canada and England).. that imposes even more reliance upon the party structure, in most scenarios

you don't have the ability to vote for particular offices separately from say the head of government..

the appeal of the current US system, in my opinion, is at least there is some sort of individual accountability.. sure the individual will have the backing of the major party, but to some degree they do have to stand on their own (ignorance of the masses is going be a factor anywhere in the world)

completely agree with this.. focus on particular issues, where they can take a 'grassroots' approach and when they have substantive support is an issue that must be taken seriously

The Democratic voters had four other choices, they overwhelmingly chose Hillary.

It was more like, you can any beer you want....but Corona is the best.

It shouldn't have happened but if Bernie wants to be that microbrew IPA in the corner, he needed to make the case too why he is worth the extra cost.

Risk adverse people won't want to roll the dice.
