need help here. Only thing getting me is no size sticker on the insole, no stamp under the insole and the front of the shoe is a little low. any help greatly appreciated.

The  23 on the right shoe looks stretched and the left 23 lines are not clean. The PL seem to be a little high and the production date is only 1 month apart. The ones that I have seen are normally two months are from 6/12 to 8/12 or 7/12 to 9/12.
