I hate to play the game of what if...

But what if the Ronnie Lott/Debartolo (?) deal is an actual option for the NFL and they don't allow Mark to go to Vegas?

Nevada and Vegas have already done the work for a stadium...do they then try the Chargers IF SD falls through again?

Idk man, I just don't see the NFL owners leaving the Bay Area market...unless the mob is involved to help them make some funds

I think that's Oakland's plan, to present a united front with the Lott group and show the owners they have a viable plan for one of the largest markets in the country. It really is a matter of convincing the owners that Oakland is now, finally, ready to provide its share for building a stadium.

Mark doesn't want to be here, I think we gotta face it guys. I'll remain hopeful for Oakland or anywhere in the bay, hell even Cali in general, but we'll see.

Jihad hasn't been a standout but I don't think anyone said he'd be Mario his first year. Actually, I'm pretty sure everyone was saying he's a raw prospect that will be a real contributor in the future.

Read a Jason La Confora article this morning where he was basically saying Mark shouldn't be out celebrating yet, because as of now most NFL owners value Oakland more than Vegas...still a lot of work to do, but Mark talking about two years in Oakland is premature and probably a bad look not only to RaiderNation but to the owners as well.

Jason Cole said if this doesn't pull through for Mark, this might be a tipping point to try and force him out

The timing of this stadium **** is so depressing...we got a team that's 4-1 and a pivotal game against a division opponent but all I see online and all I hear on the radio is Vegas :smh:

Wonder how the players feel

Mark is doing Mark. Unless anyone at the table has a better plan he's going to keep pushing.

I wish the Raiders would remain in Oakland.

He doesn't have the ammunition to fight the NFL in court. I don't think the league would lose that battle a second time.

dude jumped in the air and threw it tho
