Man bruh, I used to think Chipotle was the **** and thought their burritos and bowl was one of the best...

Then I went to Cali last week and my eyes have been open. Pretty much ate tacos and burritos everyday bruh.

From El Taurino to King Taco to a bunch of street tacos from your daily cornerman in LA, my eyes have been opened.

I came back from my mini vacation and had chipotle today... couldnt even finish it.... joint was nasty. Forgive me my fellow taco experts for my past ignorance.

The best taco/burrito I had so far in LA was this one cornerman on rosewood... His al pastor and tripa was FIYAHHHHH

I prob hit around 9 taco places including 5 restaurants (el taur, king taco, rodeo) and 4 cornerman. the dude on rosewood was my favorite
Also, Dinos was FLAMES TOO BRAH

Chipotle serves a purpose, and it serves it well. I don't know anyone who thinks Chipotle is better than the joints down the street
 
I thought you were going to talk about Shop House, Cava, Chop T and etc. Actual alternatives to Chipotle.


Authentic Mexican food = LA

Quality went down a lot. Idk about y'all but almost every chipotle around my way has teen employees. They in the stove cooking and probably don't give a ****. Every time I pop into one they just chilling, talking like they are in 4th period in school.
 
chipotle is basically mexican subway . its mediocre as hell. once in awhile ill eat there but nothing special . king taco is alright. so many other little hole in the walls and spots in my city much better then king taco.
