When do you think dad hats will be played out?

been on my dad hat wave for a few years now...  yall youngins need to dress like yourselves and stop following every lil trend.

girls like originality...

I wear hats damn near everyday. Got fitteds, SnapBack, dad hats whatever you wanna call em.. Been wearing them and will continue doing so

You do realize that some people dress mainly for function and not fashion? It's a useful item that is adjustable to your liking. It's never going out of 'style'. Brands and celebs may make it trendy with different styles, but it's here to stay.

They were played out the moment dad hat was used

If you see fabolous involved you know it's some corny ****

Fab is only good at wearing jerseys.

It makes the hat look "deadstock".

When hip hop / north american culture develops its own style again and stops jocking everything europe has BEEN doing.

Or

When the kardashians and celebrities start rocking different hats in public.

Things are only played out if you buy trendy, unproven brands and you are trying to do too much style wise.

Eventually even if the brand was some hype garbage that made you look foolish, it will become cool again briefly out of nostagia.

People with a good sense of style are not wearing fitted hats with baseball logos on them. If you want to limit yourself to attracting only hood rats and not being taken seriously when you try to have a conversation with someone, then keep wearing fitted hats.

Yo this was hilarious. A half truth but still hilarious.

Don't agree with this at all. It's all how you wear them and how you carry yourself but I laughed.

The best fitted hats in terms of the crown, imo, were the 60's-70's KM Pro on-field fitted. After they shut down, most competitors stuck with that style, New Era included, until the late 80's-early 90's...that is when the '5950' crown grew to stovepipe proportions. The current 'low crown' on-fields do not do the hats justice either...the KM Pro's were somewhere in between.
